RTD RidgeGate Parking Garage

The Southeast Rail Extension was the continuation of an existing 19.1 mile light rail line, extending south from the Lincoln Station to RidgeGate Parkway in Lone Tree, CO. This RTD FasTracks, Design/Build project included 3 new stations and a 4 level parking garage containing1,300 spaces. Iron Horse served as architect of record for all 3 of the stations and the parking garage, teaming with Parsons Brinkerhoff and Balfour Beatty for station design and with PCL for the parking garage. Iron Horse managed the consultant team in design, collaboration, quality control, and submittal requirements for the stations and garage, participating in numerous constructability, client, third-party and owner reviews. This was a Design/Build project delivery with Balfour Beatty as Contractor and WSP/Parsons Brinkerhoff as lead engineer. Within this project the parking garage was Design/Build with PCL as constructor and Iron Horse as lead architect.
