Denver Union Station Utility Modeling

A new Central Rail Terminal (CRT) was constructed as part of a $500M transit project at the existing, historic Denver Union Station. To prevent issues during construction, Iron Horse provided services to identify areas of potential conflict for the below-grade work beneath the proposed CRT prior to construction. The location of the proposed, below-grade bus terminal is a critical component for structural coordination and serves as an additional physical restriction for the below-grade elements. 3D modeling allowed Iron Horse to highlight areas for further coordination and saved the contractor time and money on the project.
